Media is sanitised before it is reused in a different security domain.

Security control 1642 was introduced to cover situations where media is used for purposes other than data transfers (e.g. data backups) in one security domain then reused in another security domain. This scenario was covered under the previous revision of security control 1600 but was not obvious.
