The ITSA must be responsible for: a. providing technical security advice involved with system: 1) development 2) acquisition 3) implementation 4) modification 5) operation 6) support 7) architecture b. assisting the system manager to develop SSPs c. the certification of systems, when applicable d. ensuring the agency has an appropriate ICT security awareness and training program.
