The ITSA must be responsible for: a. identifying and recommending ICT security improvements to systems b. ensuring ICT security aspects are considered as part of the change management process c. ensuring the coordinating of development, maintenance and implementation of all ICT security documentation, in conjunction with the system managers d. ensuring the investigation and reporting ICT security incidents, with the ASA.
